Used Recoil Starter Pulley
Fits Suffolk four stroke engines that were fitted with plastic recoil starter housings. Includes starter cup, screws, recoil spring and holder, plastic recoil pulley, spring, washer, metal starter pawls and pawl connecting plate.

Ratcheting type with single spring loaded pawl. Cast aluminium housing. Includes adaptor plate for fitting to flywheel. Screws, spacer plate and mesh debris guard also included.
